We can discuss any questions or concerns about ordering your photos.
A: Yes. If you prefer not to purchase a photo album package, you can choose our Prints Only option and select only the individual photographs you would like to keep.
To place a Prints Only order, you pay a deposit and select one print size in advance. Your photos will then be prepared for you to view and select in person on Collection Day, with the remaining balance paid once you have finalised your choices.
Current Prints Only pricing is:
4×6″ — $35 each or 5 prints for $99
5×7″ — $40 each or 5 prints for $120
6×8″ — $44 each or 5 prints for $139
Prints Only orders do not include a photo album, digital copies, or a Photography USB. The $30 pre-order discount and Photography USB are available only with eligible photo package orders.
A: Not all debutante photography is available for online preview. Throughout the Deb Ball, photography is captured across several different sections, including:
Mini-Studio individual and couple portraits
Official group photos
Photo Booth photos
Presentation photography
Dance photography
Family photos
Mini-Studio portraits and Family Photos are not available through an online preview gallery. These photographs are prepared for you to view in person on Pick-Up Day.
Families who place an eligible pre-order before the early pre-order deadline receive early online access to the Presentation Gallery and Photo Booth Gallery, allowing these images to be viewed online before Pick-Up Day.
The online galleries are separate from the Mini-Studio and Family Photo collections, which remain available for in-person viewing only.
A: The Photography USB contains high-resolution digital copies of your debutante photographs. It is separate from the Debutante Video USB and contains photos only — not video footage.
You can expect the Photography USB to include your professional Mini-Studio individual and couple portraits, along with additional photography captured during the event, such as group, presentation, walk-down and dance photographs, where captured.
The Photography USB is not provided automatically or free of charge. It is included when you order one of our eligible photo album packages and must be ordered before the online ordering cut-off date. A Photography USB cannot be purchased on its own or added to a Prints Only order.
If you do not order a photo package before the cut-off date, you will still be able to purchase printed photographs on Pick-Up Day, but a Photography USB will not be available.
A: The Debutante Video USB contains the professionally produced video of your Debutante Ball. It is completely separate from the Photography USB and contains video footage — not photo files.
The video coverage is designed to document the Debutante Ball experience and can include footage from a scheduled rehearsal, as well as the main Deb night, including the formal presentation, speeches and dance performances. The finished Deb Ball film is professionally edited and supplied for participants and their families to enjoy as a keepsake.
Unlike the Photography USB, the Video USB is supplied to every debutante participant as part of their participation and is provided at no additional cost. You do not need to purchase a photography package or place a separate photo order to receive it.
If you order a photography package, both USBs may be collected together, but they remain two separate products:
Even if you do not purchase any photography, you will still receive your Debutante Video USB.
A: If you don’t place an order online before the cut-off date, we will prepare a default 4×6″ photo album package for you to view on Pick-Up Day.
You are not committed to purchasing the package. On the day, you can view your photos first and then choose to either:
Purchase the prepared 4×6″ photo album package, or
Select only the individual printed photos you would like to purchase.
Please note that options available on Pick-Up Day are more limited. Photography USBs, larger package sizes, album colour choices and other customisations must be ordered online before the applicable cut-off date.
A: Each package includes a minimum number of printed photos. We photograph a variety of individual, couple, group, presentation and, where booked, family photos so that your final collection provides a broad record of the debutante night.
4×6″ Mini Treasures Package — minimum 18 printed photos
5×7″ Classic Keepsake Package — minimum 24 printed photos
6×8″ Grand Elegance Package — minimum 24 printed photos in your album, plus additional duplicate prints supplied in the Gift Box of Photos
The number of photographs you receive may be higher than these minimums depending on the images captured. With the Grand Elegance Package, the additional duplicate Gift Box prints mean you can expect to receive many more physical photographs overall, often more than 40 prints in total.
Your exact mix of photographs will vary depending on your session and may include individual portraits, couple photos, group photos, presentation photographs and family photos where these were taken.
A: Yes, you can customise the colours of the photo album and USB, but not the keepsake box. The keepsake box will be an appropriate complementary colour.

Ordering online helps us serve 300 debutante participants a year and ensures you can have everything ready for your arrival:
A: $30 discount is automatically applied to online orders placed before the cutoff date. The discount cannot be used for in-person orders or single prints.
This discount is derived from the core fee charged in the price of your debutante participation fees paid to the Deb committee.
A: No, only the small, medium and large sizes are available for ordering and printing.
If you would like to have your photos printed in a different size, you can do that when ordering a package that includes the USB and printing them yourself.
We only print in in three sizes.
A: No. Each photo package is designed around one standard print size, and all photographs placed in the album are printed in that package size:
Mini Treasures — 4×6″
Classic Keepsake — 5×7″
Grand Elegance — 6×8″
This ensures the photographs fit correctly within the selected album.
If you would like particular photographs in a different size, these would need to be ordered separately from your main package, where available. They are not counted as part of the album package and may incur an additional print cost.
If you choose Prints Only instead of a photo package, you will also select one print size for that order.
A: No, typically…
You will need to pick up your photos in person at the pick-up day assigned to our office in Bendigo or at the venue assigned by the deb committee.
We may offer home delivery for an additional fee upon request if pickup is not available and you would prefer not to see the photos beforehand.
A: We offer multiple pick-up days for Deb balls based in Bendigo.
If you miss all of the Pick-Up Days, we may contact you via email to discuss an in-person pickup at our office in Bendigo, or we may arrange a requested delivery. Additional fees may apply for shipping.
A: You can pay online using card, split payment options (Afterpay or Paythen), or cash/card in person on Pick-Up Day. Note: Split payment options must be completed before the Pick-Up Day and may show variable pay periods or be unavailable depending on how close you are to the cut-off date.
A: No, you don’t have to pay online. You can sumbit your order online and then we offer flexible payment options:
Important: Customization options (e.g., USBs and album colors) are only available for orders placed before the cutoff date.
A: Extra photos are additional printed images that go beyond the number of prints included in your selected photo package. This may occur if you choose additional family photographs, extra poses, or additional copies of the same photograph.

These prices apply to additional prints added to a photo package and are separate from our Prints Only / single print pricing.
If you would like multiple copies of your photographs to give to family members, we recommend ordering the Gift Box of Photos where available, as this is generally better value than purchasing a large number of duplicate prints individually.
Duplicate copies are treated as additional prints and may be supplied separately rather than being placed inside your main photo album.
A: We prioritise your payment security by partnering with a trusted third-party payment provider to process all transactions. This ensures that your sensitive payment information is handled with the highest standards of security. Notably, we do not store your payment details on our servers, further safeguarding your financial data.

A: We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles outlined in the Privacy Act 1988. We do not share your information with third-party companies. Your information may only be confirmed and synced with the debutante committee for the purpose of confirming orders and identity verification.

A: It is possible; you can order multiple packages.
Most debutantes and families typically select one package and customise it with add-ons. This approach ensures you receive the best value while keeping the ordering process straightforward. The Classic Keepsake Package with gift box of extra photos remains the most popular choice for its balance of photo count, size, and the option to share photos with the family.
No, all deb photography packages are unisex, with the only differences being the photo size, number of included photos, and album/USB options.
While the display images may feature either boys or girls, anyone can choose any album or USB color they prefer. Common selections include:
