Thank you for considering myself, AJ Taylor, and the Stage Art Media team for your debutante presentation. This quote outlines our service inclusions, how our team of videographers, photographers, and assistants will operate on the night, and a clear breakdown of the costs involved.
On Floor Debutante Photography
With Presentation Photography We photograph the full presentation portion of the night — including walk-downs, formal introductions, traditional dances, and candid moments — capturing the atmosphere as it happens. After the event, every debutante receives free access to view and download their presentation photos via a Stage Art Media online gallery link.
In studio Debutante Photography
We set up a two-studio indoor portrait area — one styled for the girls and one for the boys — to create a controlled, professional environment with consistent lighting and clean backdrops. This ensures every participant receives equal time and a minimum of 15 unique poses, including individual, couple, and group portraits in a timeless, classic style. All studio images are professionally edited in post-production and are provided to debutantes and families when a photo package is purchased.
Cinematic Multi-Camera Videography
Your debutante ball deserves to be remembered like a feature film. With our multi-camera videography setup, every angle of the night is captured — from grand entrances and formal dances to candid smiles shared on the dance floor. Our skilled team edits the footage into a polished, cinematic film that brings the evening back to life. Delivered on USB, or as a digital stream.

The ball isn’t complete without spontaneous pictures in the photo booth you wouldn’t have otherwise captured. Our printing photo booth adds instant excitement to the night, giving debutantes and guests the chance to capture candid memories together outside the rigid format of studio photography. With unlimited on-the-spot printing, everyone leaves with durable photo stripes to take home. The debutante floor performance is the highlight of the evening — the one moment each debutante walks proudly with their partner in front of family, friends, and the wider community. During the formalities, our team professionally photographs the walk-down presentations and debutantes’ dancing, capturing the grace, atmosphere, and emotion as it unfolds.
To ensure nothing is missed, we work with multiple photographers and redundant camera setups, allowing complete coverage across the floor and equal attention for every debutante and partner. The result is a polished, comprehensive visual record of the night that families and schools can look back on for years.
All debutantes receive free access to view and download the presentation photos, with a gallery link provided after the event via the Stage Art Media website.

Pre-Deb Studio Photography – Purchase Opportunity
We set up an indoor two-studio arrangement — one for the girls and one for the boys — creating a controlled portrait environment with consistent lighting, clean backgrounds, and equal time for every participant. Each debutante is photographed through at least 15 unique poses, including individual portraits and formal couple sessions with their partner. Studio images are professionally edited in post-production and are provided to debutantes and families when a photo package is purchased.
Family Photography – Purchase Opportunity
Later in the evening, we set up a dedicated family photo studio space with a different-coloured background wall to create a clean, formal portrait look. These family portraits can be purchased as part of our photo album packages and are ideal for families wanting a high-quality keepsake from the night.

Videography Services – Core Deb Fee
Our video coverage spans both the rehearsal and the main Debutante Ball night, ensuring a complete story of the event and a professional-quality keepsake for every participant. With an experienced team and a 5+ camera setup, we capture the formalities, performances, speeches, and atmosphere with creative angles, clear live audio, and consistent coverage from start to finish.
Rehearsal Recording
We attend one scheduled rehearsal prior to the event to familiarise our videographers with the venue layout, timing, and participant flow. This also allows us to capture relaxed behind-the-scenes moments of debutantes practising walk-downs and dances — genuine highlights that add meaning and context to the final film.
Main Deb Night Coverage
On the night, we run a multi-camera filming setup including wide-angle coverage, close-ups of individuals and couples during walk-downs, and roaming footage of key moments such as speeches, dances, and crowd reactions. Our team works seamlessly in the background to document the night as it happens, preserving the energy and emotion of the occasion.
Delivery & Access
Each debutante receives a credit card–style USB containing the full-length edited feature film plus a short reel of uncut dance footage. A private streaming/download link is also provided as a backup, making it easy to view and share even if the USB is misplaced or incompatible with a device.

Our photo booth is a fully automated setup designed for fun, fast, casual photos before the main event begins. It features a rustic wooden touchscreen kiosk with a live preview camera, paired with a professional 5D flower wall backdrop to create a polished, high-impact look.
Unlimited Prints with Dual Printers
With dual printers and unlimited prints on the night, guests can take photos freely and leave with a keepsake in hand. Unlike formal portraits, the booth encourages candid, playful moments — capturing debutantes celebrating with their partners, friends, and family.
Perfect After the Studio Shoot
Once each debutante completes their scheduled professional studio photography session, they’re welcome to use the booth as much as they like. It’s the ideal chance to capture the relaxed friendship photos that often don’t happen during traditional studio coverage.
Photo Wall Stays for the Night
During the final Deb group photo, the printing setup is removed from the function space, leaving the flower wall available for guests to use with their own phones later in the evening — keeping the backdrop active as a social photo spot while the formalities continue.

Your debutante portraits are captured in a fast-paced studio session, so our all-inclusive photo packages are designed to keep ordering simple: choose your print size, and you’ll receive printed photos + an album + a Photo USB with all matching digital copies.

Photo USB includes: high-resolution portrait files plus additional event images (where captured) like presentation / walk-down / dancing photos
Photo USBs are not sold on their own and must be ordered before the cut-off date
Family photos + “extra photo fees” (how it works)
Family photos are prioritised and included inside your package count, but extra photo fees can apply if you have more family combinations than average, or if you want duplicate copies of the same photo (unless you choose a duplicate/gift-box style add-on).
If extra charges apply, we email you a summary before Pick-Up Day so there are no surprises.
Can we preview photos online before ordering?
No — photos aren’t viewable online before ordering (it works like school photos). If you don’t want to pay upfront, you can still order online and choose Pay on Pick-Up Day after viewing the prints.
Sometimes, after ordering, you may receive a small collage preview to confirm the debutante name and order details (not a proofing gallery).
