The debutante floor performance is the highlight of the evening — the one moment each debutante walks proudly with their partner in front of family. During the formalities, our team professionally photographs the walk-down presentations and debutantes’ dancing.
To ensure nothing is missed, we work with multiple photographers and redundant camera setups, allowing complete coverage across the floor and equal attention for every debutante and partner.
All debutantes receive free access to view and download the presentation photos, with a gallery link provided after the event.

The boys’ mini-studio is styled on a darker, more refined background to better suit the look and feel most boys prefer for their portraits. Rather than using a bright school-style blue backdrop, this setup is designed to create a more polished, formal, and flattering result. The darker tones help give the portraits a stronger, more timeless feel, separate from a school photography look.

To keep every ball season feeling fresh, Stage Art Media regularly updates our studio setups with new, creative photo spaces for ball participants and families to enjoy. Alongside our classic portrait backdrop, we offer a warm gold textured studio look and a rich brown textured backdrop—perfect for timeless family photos and formal group portraits. For standout “hero” images, debutantes can be photographed in front of our beautiful flower arch wall, designed to add colour and elegance without distracting from the dress. We also create fun feature scenes, including couple portraits through a hanging vintage frame, and a vintage chair setting for relaxed, styled photos with a classic touch.

Videography Services – Core Deb Fee
Our video coverage spans both the rehearsal and the main Debutante Ball night, ensuring a complete story of the event and a professional-quality keepsake for every participant. With an experienced team and a 5+ camera setup, we capture the formalities, performances, speeches, and atmosphere with creative angles, clear live audio, and consistent coverage from start to finish.
Rehearsal Recording
We attend one scheduled rehearsal prior to the event to familiarise our videographers with the venue layout, timing, and participant flow. This also allows us to capture relaxed behind-the-scenes moments of debutantes practising walk-downs and dances — genuine highlights that add meaning and context to the final film.
Main Deb Night Coverage
On the night, we run a multi-camera filming setup including wide-angle coverage, close-ups of individuals and couples during walk-downs, and roaming footage of key moments such as speeches, dances, and crowd reactions. Our team works seamlessly in the background to document the night as it happens, preserving the energy and emotion of the occasion.
Delivery & Access
Each debutante receives a credit card–style USB containing the full-length edited feature film plus a short reel of uncut dance footage. A private streaming/download link is also provided as a backup, making it easy to view and share even if the USB is misplaced or incompatible with a device.

Our photo booth is a fully automated setup for fun, casual photos before the main event begins. It features a rustic wooden touchscreen kiosk, live preview camera, dual printers, and a professional 5D flower wall backdrop. After their studio session, debutantes can use the booth freely for relaxed photos with friends, partners, and family. Later in the night, the printing setup is removed, leaving the flower wall in place for guests to continue using as a photo spot with their phones.

Our all-inclusive photo packages are designed to keep ordering simple and you’ll receive printed photos + an album + a Photo USB with all matching digital copies.
Photo USB includes: high-resolution portrait files plus additional event images (where captured) like presentation / walk-down / dancing photos
Photos aren’t viewable online before ordering (similar to school photos). To keep every debutante’s images private, we don’t publish an online proofing gallery. Instead, you place your order first, then view your printed set on Pick-Up Day. If you don’t customise your album or USB colour during checkout (or you order after the cut-off), your order will be created with our standard default colours so every order can be prepared consistently. After ordering, you may receive a small collage preview in your confirmation email to help confirm the debutante name and order details — this is not a full proofing gallery. If you prefer not to pay upfront, you can still order online and select Pay on Pick-Up Day after viewing the prints.
